The beauties of our city, Seville

We all are looking forward to receiving you in May in our city. Here you have an advance of what you’ll find in Seville, described by some of our students:

My city Sevilla (by Alba Pérez)

I live in Seville, Spain. It’s a medium sized town and I love it. Seville has got  many interesting places to visit. There are shops, cinemas, restaurants and very interesting monuments. For example, The Giralda, the Cathedral, the Golden Tower… The “Giralda” is a big tower in the centre of the city, next to the Cathedral. My favourite place in Seville is the “Giralda”. I sometimes go there with my family. It has got many ramps and a bell tower. Also there are many famous streets, many gardens and many exhibitions. I love my city. It’s a fantastic city to live in.

 

MY CITY (By Araceli García)

I live in Seville, in Spain. It’s a big city and I like it. Seville has got many interesting places to visit.

There are shopping centres, restaurants, pubs, museums, ports, sights, bridges…

The Museum of Fine Arts is a beautiful place. It has got famous paintings.  I sometimes go there with my sister and we see the paintings.

In Seville there is also a famous theatre called “La Maestranza”. It’s a beautiful theatre.

I usually visit it with my friends. I see many plays in this theatre, for example Cinderella. This theatre is famous for its plays.

I live in Seville. It is a big city in Spain and I love it. Seville has got many interesting places. There are many shops, beautiful churches, delicious food, cinemas and many theaters. You can visit the “Giralda” or “Torre del Oro”. Do you like art? In Seville there are many museums. My favourite museum is the archaeological museum. I go sometimes with my family or with my school mates. It is amusing. Also, there is a famous river, the Guadalquivir River. I love this place because you can sit on the floor and see the magnificent views. Seville is the best city in the world.
